Equipment Issued

Equipment issued to employees is recorded in this option. This provides a means of recording not only the equipment but also the number of items, the date issued and when the equipment was returned etc.

Prerequisites

  • Equipment Codes and Purchased Codes need to be added before adding Equipment Issued

Rules and Guidelines

  • When an employee is selected, any equipment issued to that employee is displayed.
  • Details of the equipment can be recorded directly onto the table or drill down on the record.

 ESS Access   

  • Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
